How we look after your data
Last updated 31 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data EvolutionNetworx AI Automation collects, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept and the rights you have. In short: we collect only what is needed to run your account and your work, we never sell it, and we use no tracking or advertising.
1.Who we are
EvolutionNetworx AI Automation ("the platform") is run by Evolutionnetworx ("Evolution Networx", "we", "us"). We decide why and how personal data on the platform is used, so under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") we are the data fiduciary.
The platform is a private work tool for the Evolution Networx team and the brands it looks after. It is used to write, design and deliver blog articles with the help of AI. It is not offered to the general public.
2.What we collect
Your account. Your name and work email address; your password, which we keep only as a one-way scrambled code (we can never read it); the secret for your authenticator app, stored encrypted; your recovery codes, stored as one-way codes; and your role, department and the brands you may work on. If you connect Telegram for deliveries, your Telegram chat number.
Security records. When you sign up, log in, fail to log in, reset your password or your account changes, we record what happened, when, and the IP address it came from. IP addresses are also counted for a short time to stop repeated guessing of passwords; those counters delete themselves.
Your work. The briefs you write, the drafts and articles made from them, your edits, ratings and approvals, the reference blogs and files you upload, pictures you upload or have made, the finished files, who they were sent to, and the AI cost of each piece of work.
We do not ask for financial details, government ID numbers or any sensitive personal data, and we do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
3.How we use it
- To create and approve your account, let you log in and keep it secure (two-factor login, locking an account after repeated failed logins).
- To write, illustrate, design and deliver the articles you ask for, in each brand's own style.
- To send you emails the platform needs: confirming your email, approvals, password resets, security notices and finished work.
- To show admins who did what, what it cost, and to keep within the monthly AI budget.
- To investigate problems, misuse or security incidents, and to meet our legal duties.
4.Why we may use it
You give your consent when you sign up and agree to this policy, or when you accept an invitation. We also use personal data for legitimate uses the DPDP Act allows, such as the purposes of employment and keeping our systems safe. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see your rights); since the platform cannot work without an account, this normally means closing your account.
7.How long we keep it
- Your account details, for as long as you have an account. When an admin deletes your account, your account details are removed.
- Security records, for as long as they are needed to keep the platform safe and to look into incidents.
- Articles, pictures and brand material, for as long as Evolution Networx and its brands need them as work records. They belong to the brand, not to one person, so they stay when someone leaves.
8.How we protect it
- Every account needs a confirmed email, an admin's approval and two-factor login with an authenticator app.
- Passwords are stored only as one-way codes; authenticator secrets are encrypted.
- Accounts lock for a while after repeated failed logins; sessions end after 12 hours.
- Each person sees only the brands and tools they are given, and important changes are recorded.
9.Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it, and who we have shared it with;
- correct, complete or update it (you can change your name, email and password yourself in My account);
- erase it when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- withdraw your consent;
- name another person to act for you if you die or cannot act yourself;
- deal with a complaint about how we have used your data.
Write to jubin@evolutionnetworx.com from your account's email address. We will reply as soon as we can, and within the time the law allows. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
10.Children
The platform is a work tool for adults. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11.Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the date at the top. If a change affects how your data is used in an important way, we will tell you by email or on the platform before it applies.
12.Contact and complaints
For questions about this policy, your data or a complaint, contact Evolutionnetworx at jubin@evolutionnetworx.com. Please also read our terms of use.
