The rules for using the platform

These terms are an agreement between you and Evolutionnetworx ("Evolution Networx", "we", "us") for using EvolutionNetworx AI Automation("the platform"). By signing up, accepting an invitation or using the platform, you agree to them and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

If you work for Evolution Networx or one of its brands, these terms sit alongside your employment or service agreement; where the two differ, that agreement comes first.

The platform is a private work tool for the Evolution Networx team and the people we invite. You must be at least 18. Every account is approved by an admin, and admins decide which brands and tools each person can use. We may refuse or remove access at any time.

• Give your real name and a work email address you can receive mail at.
• Keep your password, authenticator app and recovery codes to yourself. Don't share your account or let anyone else use it.
• You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• If you think someone else has used your account, change your password, use "log out everywhere" in My account and tell us straight away at jubin@evolutionnetworx.com.

Please don't:

• use the platform for anything unlawful, misleading, hateful, or harmful to others;
• upload material you don't have the right to use, or other people's personal details the work doesn't need;
• put in confidential information you aren't allowed to share with the AI companies listed in our privacy policy;
• try to get around the security, open parts of the platform you weren't given, or slow it down for others;
• copy, scrape or resell the platform or its output outside the work it is meant for.

Admins can see activity on the platform, and misuse may lead to your access being removed.

• Brand material (names, logos, colours, reference blogs and style profiles) belongs to Evolution Networx or the brand concerned. You may use it only for that brand's work.
• When you upload files or pictures, you confirm you have the right to use them, and you let us store and process them to do the work.
• Articles, pictures and files made on the platform are work done for Evolution Networx and its brands, and belong to them as your employment or service agreement sets out.
• The platform itself, its design and its software belong to Evolutionnetworx.

Drafts, articles, SEO details and pictures are produced by AI models from Anthropic, OpenAI and Google. AI can be wrong, out of date, or close to someone else's work, even after the platform's judge has checked it.

• Read and check every article before it is published: facts, names, prices, dates, links and claims.
• Make sure pictures are suitable and don't show real people, logos or places in a misleading way.
• The person who approves and publishes an article is responsible for it.

AI work costs money, which Evolution Networx pays. The platform shows the cost of each piece of work. Admins may set a monthly budget and pause new AI work when it is reached.

We work to keep the platform running and your work safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. It depends on outside services, such as the AI companies, which may be slow or down at times; the platform then uses a backup model or pauses and tries again. We may change, add or remove features, and take the platform offline for maintenance.

Admins may disable or delete an account, for example when someone leaves or breaks these terms. You can ask us to close your account at any time. Brand work you made stays with the brand, as explained in our privacy policy.

The platform is provided as it is, for internal work. As far as the law allows, Evolutionnetworx is not responsible for indirect losses, or for losses caused by AI-made content that was published without being checked, by outside services, or by misuse of your account. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you about important changes before they apply. Using the platform after that means you accept them.
